Required Documents

Copy of National ID (Saudi) OR a Copy
Of Parents’ and Student’s Iqama ID (Non-Saudi)
Copy of Parents’ and Student’s Passport
Visa entry for father, mother and student (Non-Saudi)
Copy of vaccination /Immunization records
Financial Clearance from previous school for grade 2 and above.
An Academic Certification Letter from MOE (For Students abroad)
Copy of Birth Certificate
Previous Report Cards (Originals)
Reference letter from the Parent’s employer

Acceptance Age

FIS adheres to the admission policy requirements as established by the Ministry Of Education which stipulates the following ages for acceptance of KG. By The first week of school, the child should be

KG1: 3 Years and must be potty-trained

KG2: 4 YEARS

KG3: 5 YEARS

GRADE 1: 6 YEARS

5 Years and 6 Month if a child has passed the KG2 level academically and socially

For students from Grade 2 to 12:

– The student should pass the previous grade With at least very good level

– The students should pass the admission tests (Arabic, Science, Mathematics, WIDA)
