Withdrawal PROCDURE

Parents can withdraw their child’s file, by submitting a request online through  the Ajialuna Parent Portal : parent.madrsty365.com

To approve your request please make sure:
– Filling out the withdrawal form online.
– Settling pending financial liabilities.
– Attaching an acceptance letter from the new school or a final exit visa for students leaving Saudi Arabia with updated iqama and passport.
 
The admission office will review your request and it takes at least (5) school working days to process a student’s final transcript and records. If you require Ministry of Education (MOE) attested documents, please note that this process may takes longer to process.
